How we build
the models.
Every model follows a disciplined methodology. From casting the face to styling and animation, the process mirrors the structure of a traditional fashion production — without physical limitations.
1. character
Every model begins with casting — we define facial structure, symmetry, ethnicity, age, attitude, and presence before a single image is created. The goal is a face with credibility, character and fitting of the brand.
2. generation
Once cast, the face is carefully constructed through iterative prompt engineering and visual refinement. The result is a consistent, recognisable model identity that can be returned to, evolved, and reused across campaigns.
3. Styling
The model is styled digitally with the same discipline as a physical shoot. This allows fashion pieces to sit naturally on the model, maintaining focus on cut, silhouette, and detail .
4. Animation
Models can be placed into any environment designed to elevate the product rather than distract from it. This enables brands to produce campaign-level imagery without the constraints of location, logistics, or availability. Images can be set to motion. ideal for social, digital campaigns.
